In the article titled 'Can risk stratification of transient ischaemic attacks improve patient care in the emergency department?'I want to make two comments (1)Table 2 shows that number of patients above 60 are more than the total number of included subjects. (2)the results of the study does not validate ABCD scoring system for TIA(as is proposed in the conclusion) because it does not show how many of the admitted or discharged patient developed cerbrovascular accidents within some follow up period.Better conclusion for this study should have been that education of the ED doctors prevents hospital admissions.
