with high interest have I read the case report of Izadi and coworkers, as well as the letter to the editor submitted by Prof. Cruysberg on the 5th of January 2007.

The interesting case report of Izadi and coworkers presents a case of bilateral posterior dislocations of the crystalline lens in a patient with epilepsy who presented with reduced vision and anisocoria 2 weeks after having sustained head injuries during a seizure.
