    Background and Aims

    In adult poly-trauma, cervical spine injuries may be cleared radiologically if normal. However, in children, clinical evaluation has been part of the cervical spine clearance irrespective of radiological clearance due to the risk of spinal cord injury without radiological abnormality (SCIWORA).
