AB  - Inferior shoulder dislocation (luxatio erecta) is a rare form of shoulder dislocation. A case involving bilateral luxatio erecta with bilateral brachial plexus injury and rotator cuff tears is reported. A brief review of presentation and management of this condition is presented.
