    LIGHTNING INJURIES IN PREGNANCY

    A case report of a lightning strike causing serious injuries to a pregnant woman accompanied by a review of the literature highlights the rarity of the phenomenon. The documented cases to date have revealed significant maternal and foetal mortality.
